Medical Record Surveillance and Record Sharing

As one of the largest county hospitals, Jackson Health System works with many referring organizations.  Many of these organizations are small entities, such as private practices, nursing facilities, or other small health networks.  A big challenge and barrier for ongoing referrals is timely recovery of the medical records.  This in-house solution leverages data surveillance to scan medical records in real-time, match them to partner organizations, and automate the medical record transfer.
