This project has transformed the way Aflac agents sell, support and service our customers. It digitally enabled our salesforce to become effective and efficient bionic agents of the future. While the technologies leveraged to accelerate transformation and power the virtual enrollment experience, such as artificial intelligence, APIs, data-driven analytics, QR codes, mobile, cloud, etc., are considered innovative on their own, it is the way it was delivered that sets this project apart.
