Yelena is a change maker and a collaborator.  She is passionate about building and cultivating high-performance and cohesive teams and firmly believes that the whole is stronger than the sum of its parts, where the team plays to each other’s strengths.

Yelena joined Ally in 2020 to head up technology for all the Corporate Functions of internal-facing customers such as Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Risk, HR, Legal, Audit.  Since joining Ally, Yelena has collaborated with business leaders across Ally to initiate and lead the modernization and digital transformation of all corporate functions to enable automation, drive efficiencies and empower employees to drive business outcomes.

Prior to joining Ally, Yelena, held several technology leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies including EY, KPMG, Bank of America and S&P Global where she was responsible for driving large scale digital transformations and delivering software solutions.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Mathematics with high honors from Purdue University, and a master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University, specializing in distributed systems.
