Wing Yu is Senior Vice President of Business Technology at Salesforce. In this role, he
oversees the Enterprise Operations organization, which delivers 24/7 IT support, TechForce
services, application & infrastructure services, and environment and release management.
Salesforce IT partners throughout Salesforce to ensure our platform delivers required business
functionality, automation, mobility, and an engaging user experience.

Prior to joining Salesforce, Wing held several leadership roles at Pacific Pulmonary Services
and Wells Fargo. He previously served as an IT leader at Charles Schwab & Co., leading
technology strategy and initiatives to develop client sales and service capabilities to transform
firm from transaction to full-service business. Most recently serving as Vice President of
Technology, he was responsible for technical delivery including architecture, development,
quality assurance, release management and production support using a global technology
team.

Wing graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of California,
Berkeley.
