After a number of years in systems admin, application support, and network management, working for various organizations in different sectors, in 2007 whilst leading a network refresh project for an NHS organization, Victor identified a number of areas requiring security improvements and was asked to create a plan to execute the improvements. Various training courses followed culminating in an MSc in IT Security. Victor has held various security positions leading teams in Information Security and Risk Management, Security Engineering, and Security Operations.

Victor joined Condé Nast in 2020 right at the start of the Pandemic and UK lockdown with the challenge of creating a global Cyber Security team that includes a 24/7/365 SOC based out of Chennai, India, and providing services to 32 offices in 12 countries, as well as numerous remote staff, journalists, contributors, and sundry freelancers. In the last 24 months, Victor has taken Condé Nast on a journey that has seen a marked improvement in the security profile of Conde Nast across all markets in which we operate.
