Tami Hudson is the North America CISO, and member of the global incident response team for Randstad, the largest global human resources staffing firm with offices in 38 markets and owner of the well-known website, Monster.com.  Within her role, Tami is responsible for defining and managing all strategic and tactical aspects of cybersecurity for North America, and leads a team driving key cybersecurity domains including Threat & Vulnerability, Risk & Compliance, Identity & Access Management, and Security Architecture & Design. Further, within this role she engages with stakeholders and employees internally, as well as current and potential clients externally.

Prior to joining Randstad, her more than 15-year tenure in IT and cybersecurity includes extensive experience in Big 4 consulting where she worked around the globe with clients to mature their IT and cybersecurity posture, and protect their assets in response to the dynamic threat landscape. Outside of Randstad, she is active in the United Way, and dedicates her time mentoring women in cybersecurity, and volunteering on various community efforts serving underprivileged women and youth.  She received her Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech and her MBA from Duke University.
