Susan Ford is a Partner at Graham Allen Partners (GAP), a local private equity firm focused on the digital transformation and growth of midmarket business in the Midwest.  She leads the firm’s value creation efforts for the portfolio companies and serves in both Board and Operating roles. Currently, she is serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Michiana Hematology Oncology, a GAP partner.
