Robert Baldwin is Vice President of Sales for Strategic Markets at Spectrum Enterprise. Mr. Baldwin leads the sales organization of the Strategic Markets group that is responsible for over $5 million of sales revenue annually. Mr. Baldwin is also responsible for the Business Development group that drives new sales leads and opportunities within the market. He executes sales initiatives to increase the company’s market share within the enterprise space that includes the largest commercial accounts at Spectrum Enterprise.
With more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries leading sales organizations for companies like ATT, Dell, and Cisco, Mr. Baldwin has seen the evolution of technology and how technology has driven digital transformation within enterprises. He has developed a proven track record of success while using a disciplined approach along with strong leadership skills to drive industry-leading sales performance in the enterprise space.
Before joining Spectrum Enterprise, Mr. Baldwin spent 20 years leading various enterprise sales organizations at BellSouth/ATT and his most recent position was at Cisco as the Regional Sales Director for the SLED organization in the Southeast.
Mr. Baldwin is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he earned a BS degree in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of the Scarlett Leadership Institute at Belmont University.
Mr. Baldwin is married to his wife Sandra, and they have three children Brooke, Cassandra, and Luke.
