Rachana’s passion is in building and scaling world-class multi-disciplinary design teams that create intuitive designs and launch meaningful experiences for their customers and value for the business. As Senior Director of Design for Document Cloud at Adobe, her team is responsible for defining the end-to-end experiences across Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign, e-Signature products. She has 15+years of experience in User Experience Design and has previously held design and research positions at Citrix, PayPal and Oracle. Rachana holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (with a focus on Human Computer Interaction) from Mumbai University and Clemson University, respectively.
