Our business and digital teams came together in this initiative to enable a clear understanding of our key revenue and margin influencers by product, region, and customer segment, and to use those insights to help inform price adjustments. From a technology lens, the innovation is in how machine learning techniques are used to power everything from better customer segmentation, to the ability to simulate price adjustment scenarios, and understand trade-offs with regard to revenue, profitability, and volumes.
