T-Mobile is leveraging the unique power of eSIM to break down carrier switching barriers by allowing consumers with compatible smartphones to move over to the un-carrier in minutes with Easy Switch. Nearly 1,500 T-Mobile employees contributed to this project, spanning every enterprise domain to launch so many T-Mobile firsts. The engineering team delivered technology powering a novel eSIM activation experience, IT departments stepped up with updates to our backend systems optimized for mobile, front-end teams designed and built a unique and delightful customer experience, and the marketing team brought the story out to consumers in a big way.
