Mohamed Kafsi, PhD, is an engineer and researcher with 15+ years’ experience in the data and AI ecosystem, both in research and industry. Mohamed has worked as an Engineering Manager, Analytics-AI, at Nexthink since 2021. He is the co-founder of the conference Applied Machine Learning Days Africa, one of the largest conference around AI in Africa. Mohamed obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Machine Learning from EPFL (Switzerland), along with a Bachelor’s from Carnegie Mellon University (USA).
