Mike McNamara is Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer for Target and a member of its
executive leadership team. He is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the enterprise technology systems that elevate the shopping experience for Target’s guests and team members. Mike also leads Target’s technology roadmap and enterprise data analytics and business intelligence strategy. Prior to joining Target in 2015, Mike spent more than 17 years at European-based retailer Tesco, most recently as the Chief Information Officer.

Mike is a member of the Board of Directors for Hawaiian Airlines, and Genesys Works Twin Cities, a
non-profit organization dedicated to providing pathways to career success for high school students in
underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experience and impactful
relationships. Mike has a bachelor of engineering degree from University College Dublin.
