Meg Madison is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Shure Incorporated, the world’s leading manufacturer of microphones and audio electronics.

Since joining in Shure in 2005, Meg has held positions of increasing responsibility in the organization.  She currently oversees the day-to-day operation of the Company’s global Human Resources function, including HR Business Partners, Benefits, Compensation, Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Systems and Associate Relations.  She reports to the CEO and serves as a member of the Shure’s Executive Staff which sets the Company’s strategic direction and monitors overall company performance.

With Shure’s increasing focus on global growth, Meg led the effort to establish an agile and responsive HR team worldwide, supporting Associates in 30 different locations.  Under her leadership, the Company implemented its first global system of record system (HRIS), first automated Performance Management system and enhanced Learning and Applicant Tracking systems to improve operational efficiency and support Digital Transformation.  She’s an Executive Sponsor of the Company’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access Council and in that capacity, helped stand-up Shure’s first Employee Resource Groups.  Meg co-leads the “WorkPlaceNow” initiative, bringing solutions to the table that balance employee and business needs as we navigate the new world of work.    She’s also served as a member of various cross-functional teams with a focus on facilitating business results, including the inaugural Balanced Scorecard initiative, Corporate Management Committee (strategy execution) and the Crisis Management Team.

Before her career at Shure, Meg worked in HR leadership positions in the airline and hospitality fields. She holds a Bachelors’ degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign.
