Max leads the ITx Emerging Solutions team that partners with customers to incubate, pilot and launch AIOps, DevOps and SRE solutions. Prior to ServiceNow, Max led strategy and technology services in the areas of software development, systems integration and service operations at Booz Allen Hamilton and Deloitte. Max has a BS in Systems Engineering from University of Virginia and an MS in Technology Commercialization from University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.
