Madhuri Andrews joined Jacobs in August 2018 and currently serves as the SVP, Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO).
She is passionate in enabling the business strategy with development and delivery of digital innovation into the firm’s operations and client value-added offerings, while fostering a culture of innovation to connect our people, processes and data to securely run the enterprise and operate at peak velocity. Madhuri provides leadership in the creation of compelling experiences and data-driven insights for employees, to deploy intelligent solutions that improve outcomes for our customers, and to create new sources of growth externally. She brings 25+ years of experience leading business and information technology transformation as well as global digital strategies for major firms across a variety of industries.
An exciting aspect of Madhuri’s executive leadership role is the ability to foster and promote a culture of inclusion and diversity across Jacobs to deliver world class IT solutions and services. As such, she serves as the executive sponsor for Jacobs culturally-focused Employee Resource Group (ERG). This cultural focus fuels the thought, design, and ultimately creation of innovative processes and client value-added offerings.
Most recently, Madhuri was named the 2020 CIO of the Year by D CEO magazine and Dallas Innovates. She was also recognized as an ORBIE Dallas CIO of the Year “Super Global” finalist, and by the Dallas Business Journal for the Women in Technology Awards, which highlights leaders who are developing technology and promoting STEM careers. She is a frequent speaker and panelist on topics related to digital innovation, diversity and inclusion, national and economic security through enhanced cybersecurity, at forums such as the US Chamber of Commerce and related entities, CIO/CDIO/Innovation and Business Roundtable conferences. In her personal time, Madhuri enjoys snow skiing and traveling around the world with her family to experience different cultures, customs, people and cuisines.
