Lara R. Hamade is an organizational leader with a background in digital healthcare technology, supply chain, military leadership, and clinical research psychology – behavioral science. Additionally, Lara’s involvement in J&J has led her to hold various positions in key digital programs that directly impacted driving patient outcomes through a digital experience, with a few of them receiving best-in-class experiences awards. Moreover, in Supply Chain, Lara has led the Customer Control Tower strategy to enable a physical and digital experience in maturing order process visibility and performance with predictive capabilities. Using her expertise in behavioral science, Lara R. Hamade developed a customer experience-forward omnichannel platform, creating a seamless flow for our customer’s digital order journey.
Most recently, Lara has focused on building high performing teams and leaders across EMEA and NA, enabling the development of strategic capabilities in the MedTech Hospital Systems and Customer space. Products like Advance Case Management, SMART and other inventory optimizing, AI-enabled solutions that allow for a future-centric experience with our orthopedic surgical customers.
In addition, Lara was an Infantry Company Commander in the New Jersey Army National Guard, the first woman to hold the position in the history of the division. The former Army Chief of Staff recognized her for her exemplary performance as an Infantry Commander, and she led her company through various state operations, including COVID testing and care site support.
