Kumar Iyer is a technology leader at KeyBank leading the delivery organization that is part of Key’s Salesforce COE

Prior to this role he was an Enterprise Architect at KeyBank. and represented the organization’s initiatives on architecture review boards, COEs, and governance committees. He provided leadership on architecture engagements including RFPs, partner and solution assessments, ownership cost assessments, business value analysis, solution design, and management consulting.

He has a broad knowledge of technology including Cloud Computing, Mobile, DevOps, Data Initiatives, Business Intelligence, Digital as well as legacy systems and processes. He has extensive knowledge of Wholesale Banking products and processes, including Treasury, Payments, Channels, Credit, and CRM (Salesforce.com)

Before joining KeyBank, he worked at JP Morgan Chase and managed a geographically dispersed technology team of employees and consultants supporting payment applications.
He holds a MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
