Kelley is a CIO by experience, a martial arts black belt by training, and an optimist by nature. She is currently Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) focused on evolving the digital and cyber mandates for business value. She is value-driven, leading with a strong sense of responsibility to create positive change. Her career includes CIO experience at ESA, TD Bank, Sun Life Financial, and Economical & Sonnet Insurance.
Kelley is an award winning author of the book “Please Stay, How Women in Tech Survive and Thrive”, and a frequent keynote speaker.
