Juliana focuses on the standard overall IDC EAM software documents of Market Shares, Forecast, Market Glance, Market Analysis Perspectives, and MarketScapes, among many IDC documents. Her research and thought leadership explores digital transformation and innovation in asset management applications that manage physical assets and also as it relates to facilities/real estate, and covers the evolution of IoT, AI, mobile applications, analytics and reporting. Juliana delivers perspectives on key trends, market maturity, vendor market share and forecasts, opportunities, digital transformation use cases and buyer requirements. Juliana collaborates closely with IDC industry analysts whom cover enterprise asset management within a given industry.

Prior to joining IDC, Juliana was Manager of Market Research and Strategy for Current by GE, the smart building and smart city division of GE. She also served as Global Process Manager at the Boston Consulting Group and was part of the management team that launched a new international research department. Prior to BCG, Juliana directed primary research operations for TBR, led the market research team at Bloomberg BNA and started her career as an analyst with CEB, now a Gartner company.
