Josh King is a Partner at Ridgeway Partners, a boutique executive and board search firm in New York, Boston and San Francisco. He leads Ridgeway’s technology recruiting practice with a successful track record in senior-level executive and board recruiting for both Fortune 100 and privately held companies. Josh recruits across the technology infrastructure, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning and security functions.

Josh advises companies on how to attract and retain digitally transformative talent at the board and executive level. He has assembled digital advisory boards in addition to appointing digital advisory directors.

Josh has served on the Advisory Boards of IADSS (the Initiative for Analytics & Data Science Standards), Cmind, an AI financial technology firm, B/Spoke, Harvard Club of Boston, Handel & Haydn Society and MassChallenge, a global startup accelerator. He has co-authored work for Harvard Business Review and Financial Times.
