As the Chief Digital & Technology Officer for Real Estate Investments (REI) business segment, Javed has digitally transformed Global Investors, an Investment Management entity with over $107B assets under management. He is also a foundational member of its corporate backed startup, Hana, a flexible space offering from CBRE.

Previously, as a Global Head of Architecture and Data Technologies, Javed was responsible to build a robust and connected data platform, foster analytical innovation, and create data products for internal use as well to service external clients. He is also responsible to establish and manage a ‘connected architecture’ across global lines of businesses and to transform technology organization to adopt open source, cloud-based distributed technologies.

In his 20+ years of experience in various technology leadership positions, he has developed innovative enterprise solutions, highly scalable cloud-based systems, containerized & distributed micro-services with a focus on real-time processing of data at scale, product strategy & roadmap development, systems & application security, legacy systems transformation, and product integration.
