Holly Muscolino is the Research Vice President, Content and Process Strategies and the Future of Work, responsible for research related to innovation and transformation in content and process solutions, including intelligent process automation and content workflow services. Ms. Muscolino’s core coverage also includes the role of technology in driving the Future of Work.

Ms. Muscolino brings to IDC more than 30 years of experience in product management, product marketing, strategy development and market research within the content and document solutions industry. Prior to joining IDC, Ms. Muscolino served as Vice President of Product Marketing for Mimeo.com, an online document management solution. Previously, she led the Document Outsourcing and Production Workflow Solutions practice areas for InfoTrends. In addition to these roles, she has held positions in software engineering, product management and product marketing for software and equipment manufacturers in both the United States and Europe.
