Gundeep is Executive Director, Digital & Analytics for Carrier Global Corporation. Gundeep’s focus is on using digital tech to establish a foundation of healthy, sustainable and intelligent homes. He is responsible for defining and executing on digital strategies to build a strong digital foundation, improving customer experience and establishing digital revenue opportunities for Carrier’s North America HVAC business. In addition, Gundeep oversees Carrier’s global analytics and automation functions. As part of this role, he is responsible for setting and executing on the virtual worker and data and analytics agenda.

Gundeep has over 17 years of experience in digital and information technology field. He joined Carrier from Ernst & Young in 2019, where he was leading large global digital programs for a number of Fortune 500 clients. Prior to that, Gundeep held digital roles with increasing leadership responsibility at Accenture. Gundeep has also been very active in the nonprofit circle with senior leadership roles in Sikh Chamber of Commerce and United Sikhs.

Gundeep has been nominated and awarded several recognitions in the business and digital leadership circle – including the CIO100 award and 40 under 40 recognition.

Gundeep holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and production engineering from Punjab Engineering College in India and a Master of Science in tech management and leadership from Columbia University in New York.
