Ser Yoong is a seasoned technology professional who has held various roles with multinational corporations, consulting and also SMEs from various industries. He is recognized as a subject matter expert in the areas of cybersecurity, audit, risk and compliance from his working experience, having held various certifications and was also recognized as one of the Top 30 CSOs in 2021 from IDG.

As part of volunteering and giving back to society, Ser Yoong serves as board members in various local non-profit associations such as ISACA and Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) as well as a team member in various global ISACA working groups. He has spoken in multiple conferences and forums on various startup and technical topics such as cybersecurity and cloud computing as well as workshops for local government agencies. Aside from serving in local and regional mentoring programs, he has also been invited as guest lecturer for industry sharing with various educational institutions.
