Eric Brown is Vice President, Americas technology at Align Technology. In this role, he is responsible for Align’s enterprise customer relationship management platform (Salesforce CRM) and the commercial technology strategy in the Americas region.

His focus is defining the technology strategy, design, and delivery of exceptional consumer and customer experiences.

Brown joined Align in 2016 as director of Cloud Platform Engineering, responsible for the strategy, design and delivery of Align’s global clinical cloud infrastructure.

Prior to Align, he held various technical leadership positions at Progress Software, Certara, and Gerber Scientific.

Brown serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Hartford Computer Science Department and the Board of Directors for the Triangle Technology Executives Council.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Yale University.
