Duncan McCloud, IT Director, began his career at DISH in 2003 as the Siebel Application Development Manager. He later became Business Liaison to Sales. He was promoted to Director in 2009.

Duncan received his BS in Computer Management and Information Systems from Metropolitan State College of Denver. He started his career as a Software Developer with Gates Corporation immediately after graduating. He was Director of IT at OEA/Autoliv Automotive Safety Products from 2000 -2002.
