Dr. Donna Cuomo is MITRE’s Director of the Knowledge Driven Enterprise. Their mission is to provide user-facing information systems, collaboration, and knowledge services and systems for the corporation.  By working closely with MITRE’s business leadership, Donna is responsible for strategy development and the enterprise-wide advancement of MITRE’s systems in these areas.

Donna is a recognized leader in the external knowledge community, has won numerous awards for her team’s work including being a multi-year recipient of the Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise award, Step 2 Innovation awards, and APQC’s Excellence in Knowledge Management.  She has presented broadly and holds a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from SUNY Buffalo, with a concentration in user experience design.
