His areas of expertise include business operations and supporting technologies, across sales, customer service, finance, supply chain, HR, recruiting, shared services, and IT-as-a-business.  He has held leadership roles at Scient, Siebel, Oracle Business Consulting, Accenture Strategy, and Bridgewater Associates – always focused on product and service strategy, scale, excellence, and measurable value.  He has led enterprise-wide digital transformations at Fortune 50 companies and top-15 healthcare systems.  His Ph.D. is in the field of Organizational Performance.
