Chandra McMahon currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer for CVS Health. In this role, McMahon leads the information security team responsible for the cyber security strategy, policy, risk management, architecture, solutions development, and operations that protect member, customer and company information. Previously she served as the Chief Information Security Officer at Verizon with overall responsibility for their cyber security program. Prior to joining Verizon, McMahon held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Lockheed Martin, where she was responsible for developing and delivering a portfolio of cybersecurity solutions and services for Fortune 500 companies in critical infrastructure industries. She also served as Lockheed Martin’s Chief Information Security Officer.
McMahon currently serves on the Aspen Institute Cybersecurity Group, the nation’s leading cross-sector, public-private cybersecurity forum that works to translate pressing cybersecurity conversations into action. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech, a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from Penn State University.
