As VP, Product Management, Brian is responsible for leading product strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow’s IT Operations Management business. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT management space covering SaaS, Cloud, DevOps technologies and has been responsible for building and releasing six net-new enterprise solutions to market, which have generated over $500M in revenue. In addition to ServiceNow, Brian has also held product leadership roles at VMware, BMC, and Remedy. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a business degree in Operations Management & Information Systems.
