Ajay Anand is currently Vice President, Strategy & Transformation within Johnson & Johnson Global Services. In this role, he is responsible for Strategic Planning, Transformation Office, Global Business Engagement, Value Marketing, New business Development, and Change Management and Communications.
As a leader in Global Services, Ajay lead the Enterprise Spend Optimization program, which has made us more diligent about making mindful choices on our discretionary spend, to save almost $1Bn across J&J. Currently, his team is leading the Operational Agility efforts to improve J&J’s ability to respond to business changes and disruptions, through a focus on employee experience, functional excellence and efficiency across Global Functions.
Ajay has been with Johnson & Johnson for 19+ years and started as a Consultant at McNeil Consumer. He has cross-functional experience in diverse industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Authorized Generics, Telecommunications and Financial Research. Ajay holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from LeBow College of Business (Drexel University), Philadelphia and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Gujarat University, India.
Ajay lives in Ambler, Pennsylvania with his wife and two daughters.
