The investments in the Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) ecosystem, and unique use of the ESL flashing light feature, has driven increased customer satisfaction by enabling customers to quickly find the product they are looking for. ESLs has also improved productivity for store staff for pick and pack, replenishment, and reducing physical price changes, freeing up precious time to better serve customers. Being agile, Canadian Tire continues to unlock several additional use cases to further optimizing how they leverage our technology to improve customer and employee experiences in a growing omnichannel environment.
