Prateeksha Oza joined McCain in January 2022 as part of the Global Supply Chain team to accelerate the adoption of digital transformation within the organization.
For the past six years, Prateeksha has had the opportunity to progress through various roles at Nestle and WalMart while transforming Supply Chain and Commercial processes supported by the application of digital solutions. Within her current role at McCain, Prateeksha is responsible for leading the implementation of digital initiatives to bring transparency and visibility within the supply chain function. She works closely with the regional and global Supply Chain teams along with the IT teams to design and deploy value-added solutions and improve existing systems while supporting the vision of a customer-centric value chain.
Prateeksha is a graduate from the University of Waterloo and a certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP) from the Supply Chain Management Association. She lives in Brampton with her husband, Harsh and recently got promoted to the role of “mom” to a one month old girl.
