Nancy King is Senior Vice President of Product Engineering at Target, where she drives the overall technology vision, strategy, and talent development for product engineering. Nancy and her team help bring Target’s purpose to life through world-class technologies and software capabilities across all aspects of Target’s business including digital, merchandising, marketing, finance, human resources, stores and supply chain.

Nancy has been with Target for 16+ years and played a leading role through the retailer’s technology transformation and growth. She has been a long-term champion for diversity and inclusivity in tech at Target and the local community.

Nancy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and 20+ years of hands-on IT leadership experience in Fortune 100 organizations. She lives in Eden Prairie, MN with her husband and two young sons that keep her very busy outside of work.
