Making the Most of Your Event Experience

Q: When does the virtual event start?

A: The event kicks off Tuesday, August 17 at 11:00am ET/8:00 am PT. You can log on to the platform starting Monday, August 16 to complete your profile and get comfortable with the platform. Doing so will enhance your experience by matching you with the right content, contacts and companies to explore.

Q: How do I maximize my experience at CIO 100 Symposium & Awards?

A: Take advantage of the following platform features to connect with attendees and sponsors.

PROFILE: Please complete your profile, update your schedule, add a photo, and choose your interest areas to be matched with like-minded people.

MY SCHEDULE: On your profile, you will see an icon labeled “My Schedule”. Go there to find your confirmed meetings and key sessions you have saved to your agenda.

ATTENDEES: Search, connect, and network with attendees you’re interested in meeting by using filters including Job Title, Industry, Company, Location, etc.

SPONSORS: Visit interactive sponsor booths, view resources, and learn more about the leading companies who will be on hand to discuss solutions to your challenges.

MEETINGS: Schedule virtual meetings with attendees by choosing a suitable time slot and specifying the meeting topic. Approve meeting requests by clicking on the “Let’s Meet” button and easily connect by clicking “Join Meeting”.

EVENT FEED: Ask questions, initiate discussions, or share information and photos with the community.

LOUNGE: During networking breaks, visit here for special daily live group discussions with leading CIOs. Bring your questions and advice to share. Seating is limited and first-come, first-served!

Q: Will I be able to see the live talks if I miss them?

A: Yes. All live content is available on demand a few hours after it airs live for you to watch anytime. However, we recommend attending while the event is taking place so you can interact with your peers and our knowledgeable sponsors.
