Rakesh is the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Petco. He oversees the vision, leadership and strategy of data, analytics, automation and ML/AI initiatives at Petco.  Rakesh has extensive experience working in various areas of analytics and data science in start ups such as and Moda Operandi as well as large organizations such as Walmart and Facebook. Over the last few years, he has been spearheading data driven digital transformations for retailers. He’s an alumni of Johns Hopkins University and University of Maryland, College Park.
